Information we collect
We collect account details, contact messages, uploaded artwork, saved designs, order details, shipping information, and payment status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by All Metal Ads LLC.
How we use information
We use this information to provide accounts, save designs, process orders, generate production files, deliver customer support, prevent abuse, and send transactional order notifications.
Storage and vendors
Application data is stored in our database, uploaded artwork and production exports are stored in object storage, authentication is handled through Supabase, payments through Stripe, and transactional email through our email provider.
Retention
Order records may be retained for business, tax, fraud-prevention, and customer-service needs. Contact messages, draft designs, and uploads should be removed when they are no longer needed or when deletion is requested and no legal retention requirement applies.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some order records may need to be retained for accounting or legal reasons.
