Orders and artwork
Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership rights of uploaded artwork, logos, text, QR codes, and other design materials submitted through the designer.
Production files
After payment, the app locks a production snapshot of the design and generates production exports. Changes requested after payment may require manual review and may not always be possible.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Orders are not treated as paid until payment confirmation is received from Stripe and matched to the expected order amount and currency.
Prohibited use
Do not upload malware, exploit files, illegal content, content that infringes another party's rights, or material intended to disrupt the service or infrastructure.
Support and disputes
Questions about orders, design files, shipping, cancellations, refunds, or disputes should be sent through the contact page so they can be reviewed against the order record.
For order support, use the contact form. This page is a practical baseline and should be reviewed by counsel before high-volume production use.
